Circle of Support & Accountability Program (COSA)

This re-entry program is designed to assist high-level offenders, including those with sexual offenses, to safely reintegrate into their communities after incarceration. Trained COSA volunteers and staff meet weekly with the participant to support their safe return to the community and management of everyday living. The goal of this program is to support community safety and to prevent more victims. The circle holds the core member accountable for adherence to post-release expectations and in developing healthy relationships in their life and within the community.
