Re-Entry Program

This program assists individuals who need additional support in navigating and reintegrating into community systems. Participants may self-refer or be referred from Probation and Parole. Services may include resource identification and navigation, mental health or substance use counseling, and educational programs. The goal of these services is to improve community safety, strengthen coordination of support services and community connections, establish and maintain clear expectations for healthy community behavior, and create opportunities to repair relationships between participants and the community.
